This corporate campus encourages employees to get outside during their breaks, take walks and enjoy the scenery. Southview's job is to ensure the scenery is something great to look at by keeping it tidy and colorful. This means weekly mowing, and specialized crews to manage the irrigation, garden beds, plant health and more. During the winter months, Southview keeps the parking lot and sidewalks free from snow and ice.

The Client's Goals

A pristine turf with mow lines and healthy plant material with a lush look.
Any issues must be addressed, resolved promptly, and communicated to the proper department head.
Year-round maintenance – turf care, pond care, plant and tree health, monitor irrigation, snow & ice removal.

Challenges

This property is 15 acres and size often has its challenges.
The pond attracts geese, ducks, and other birds. Cleaning up after them, making sure the sidewalks are clear for walkers and joggers is an ongoing task. Environmentally friendly, goose control products are applied throughout the migrating season in both spring and fall.
