Southview worked with the University of Minnesota to replace the crumbling modular block wall and fix the drainage at this student apartment building in Minneapolis.
Students parked on the street, making it difficult to bring in materials. Permits only allowed 10 or 15 minutes for our vehicles to off-load materials.
The smaller modular blocks were replaced with a more substantial block more suited to the task. They were 2’ wide x 16” deep x 8-10” high. The project took approximately 2 weeks to complete.
